　　会议听取了省政府职能转变和机构改革方案的说明。根据方案，改革后，省政府设置工作部门39个，其中，办公厅和组成部门25个(省监察厅与省纪委机关合署办公，列入省政府工作部门序列，不计入政府机构个数)，直属特设机构1个，直属机构13个。另设置部门管理机构(副厅级)7个。

　　省政府表示，争取2014年1月底前基本完成省政府机构改革任务。

　　理顺职责关系，组建六部门

　　省政府表示，我省围绕转变职能和理顺职责关系，按照精简统一效能原则，稳步推进大部制改革，重点整合加强卫生和计划生育、食品药品监管、新闻出版和广播电影电视、人力资源社会保障和公务员管理、工业和信息化、内贸和外贸、涉农管理机构、教育管理机构等，同时推进其他领域机构和职责的整合。
