昨天，广东省教育考试院发出关于做好广东省2014年普通高校招生统一考试报名和建档工作的通知，通报全省明天开始高考报名工作。同时，相关部门正式公布《进城务工人员随迁子女在广东省参加高校招生考试实施办法(试行)》，明确了2014年异地高考政策。其中和征求意见稿相比，对“在广东省依法参加社会保险缴费累计3年以上”的原表述，加入了“(含3年)”的条款，意味着进一步放松限制。

保送生也将于12月1日~10日报名
省教育考试院昨天发布，广东省2014年普通高校招生统一考试和高等职业院校招收中等职业学校毕业生统一考试(下称“3+专业技能课程证书”考试)实行网上报名，报名时间在2013年12月1日～10日。
高校组织单独考试及单独录取的保送生、运动训练、武术与民族传统体育专业考生、职教师资考生以及高职院校对口自主招生的考生属单考单招类，此类考生都必须按上述时间进行网上报名。
加强审查三侨生、民族生照顾加分资格
昨天下发的通知要求加强对外省户籍迁入广东省的考生资格审查，防范“高考移民”，凡非正常迁移户口的考生，一经发现，各市招生办公室(考试中心)要坚决清退。
明年广东高考加分项目正式调整。2014年起，广东高考加分项目从现在的23个锐减至6个，大减17个，而加分分值则由原来的20分，统一规范为本科加5分，专科加10分。通知要求加强对三侨生、民族生照顾加分的资格审查。省招生办将继续联合省侨办、省民宗委对三侨生、民族生的资格进行复审。
户籍在本省，但在外省工作的职工及职工子女可否借考？省考试院称，应一律回本省考试。省内考生原则上应回户口所在地报考，如因特殊情况需跨市借考的，应征得借考的地级市招生办公室(考试中心)同意，方可异地借考。高中阶段户籍由省外迁入广东省的考生须在户口所在地报考，一律不得办理省内异地借考。
异地高考条件有放松
昨天，省考试院同时印发《进城务工人员随迁子女在广东省参加高校招生考试实施办法(试行)》。这是经过向公众征求意见后的最终敲定版本，对异地高考政策作了正式确认。父亲或母亲在广东省具有合法稳定职业、合法稳定住所，持有广东省居住证，有效期截至当年高考报名规定时间，已连续3年以上(含3年)；在广东省依法参加社会保险缴费累计3年以上(含3年)的随迁子女在广东省参加中考、并在父亲或母亲就业所在地市具有高中阶段学校3年完整学籍的，2016年起可在广东省报名参加高考。
和原来的征求意见相比，正式文件对需要提交的父亲或母亲在广东省参加社会保险证明作了减法，原来征求意见稿要求提交养老、医疗、失业、工伤、生育五种险种证明，现在只需提交职工基本养老保险和基本医疗保险证明材料；另外，对“在广东省依法参加社会保险缴费累计3年以上”的原表述，加入了“(含3年)”的条款，意味着进一步放松限制。
