晨报讯(特派漳州记者 陈航飞)神舟十一号载人飞船预计2016年5月完成发射任务，2020年前后建立中国载人空间站，2030年以前将全面实现载人登月计划……昨日15时许，中国载人航天工程运载火箭顾问组组长黄春平在闽南师范大学演讲时透露了上述信息。
【2016年5月】
神舟十一号“上天”
黄春平告诉记者，我国载人航天工程已进入到神舟十一号的研制阶段，实现神舟十一号的发射，还有三项前期工程需要完成，大概要两年半的时间，也就是2016年5月左右完成。
三项前期工程，首先是长征五号系列运载火箭的研制，长征五号预计于2015年年底在中国海南省文昌卫星发射中心首飞；其次是货运飞船的研制工作；再者是天宫二号的发射任务。天宫二号空间实验室是继天宫一号后中国自主研发的第二个空间实验室，预计将于2015年发射。
这三项前期工程完成之后，神舟十一号即可进入发射筹备工作。黄春平称，神舟十一号载人飞船的航天员人数不会超过三个，飞行时间不会超过七天。
【2020年前后】
建立自己的空间站
天宫一号发射成功，标志着我国已经拥有建设初步空间实验室，即短期无人照料的空间实验室的能力。
黄春平称，中国将在2020年前后建立自己的空间站。在中国的载人航天“三步走”计划中，我国最终要建设的是一个基本型空间站，它的规模不会超过国际空间站。基本型空间站大致包括一个核心舱、一架货运飞船、一架载人飞船和两个用于实验等功能的其他舱，总重量在100吨以下。其中的核心舱需长期有人驻守，能与各种实验舱、载人飞船和货运飞船对接。
【2030年前】
实现载人登月计划
“2030年以前，中国一定能实现载人登月的梦想。”昨日17时许，临近演讲会尾声，黄春平激动地表示。他还表示，中国载人航天工程运载火箭顾问组已经制定了登月计划的具体方案与实施时间，但现在不便向外界透露。
据悉，中国的载人登月工程已进入到“嫦娥工程”二期阶段，在此之后，中国2017年还将启动“嫦娥工程”三期行动。“嫦娥工程”三期完成以后，中国将进入载人登月阶段，那时中国的载人登月计划就会全部浮出水面。有分析人士认为，中国的载人登月计划将会成为“嫦娥工程”的第四期工程。
根据中国科学家的设计，我国所计划采用的方式是先用运载火箭将飞船送上地球轨道，随后飞船自行移动至月球轨道，释放出登陆舱，降落在月球表面，宇航员登陆月球。活动完成后，宇航员返回登陆舱，飞离月球，与在月球轨道上等待的飞船重新对接，至此登月过程结束。
