昨日，记者从女婴家属处获悉，该案将于12月3日下午两点在高碑店市人民法院开庭。
调查组未与家属接触
2003年至今，刘家一直试图通过法律途径找回孩子。2012年，保定市政府责成安新县政府依法履行信息公开义务，但后者以不掌握相关信息拒绝。
在11月2日提交给高碑店市人民法院的答辩状中，安新县政府对原告提出的各项诉讼请求均给予否定。对于刘家要求县政府公开其计划外生育女儿被送的地址和收养人及生活状况，安新县政府答辩称，并未掌握这一信息，更没有制作过这样的信息，因此不属于其信息公开的范畴。安新县政府由此认定，原告提出的申请“无事实和法律依据”，请求法院驳回其诉讼请求。
