在会见萨特巴尔季耶夫时，李克强说，中吉是友好邻邦，两国战略伙伴关系的建立开启了双方关系发展的新时代。中方愿与吉方加强能源、交通基础设施建设、畜牧业等领域合作，促进共同发展，推动中吉关系继续向前发展，造福两国人民。
萨特巴尔季耶夫表示，近年来，两国关系快速发展。吉方感谢中方的支持，愿与中方扩大公路、铁路、水力资源开发等领域合作，欢迎中国企业扩大对吉投资，与中方共同打击“三股势力”。
在会见艾哈迈托夫时，李克强说，中哈都是发展中大国，两国关系前景广阔。双方要从战略角度，本着互利共赢的原则推进务实合作，推动能源合作有序进展，加强金融、农牧业合作，发挥双边合作委员会机制作用，促进贸易在动态中平衡，推动两国关系全面发展。
艾哈迈托夫表示，哈方支持李克强总理在上合组织总理会议上提出加快地区互联互通的倡议，愿与中方密切配合，发挥两国总理定期会晤等机制作用，落实好大项目合作，增进本地区人民福祉。
在会见拉苏尔佐达时，李克强祝贺塔新政府成立。他说，中塔是战略伙伴，中方支持塔方自主选择发展道路和维护国家主权、安全、稳定的努力，愿与塔方深化能源、交通、农业等领域合作，共同把中塔政治互信和互利合作推向更高水平。
拉苏尔佐达表示，塔中开展了富有成效的合作，有力促进了塔经济发展和民生改善。塔方欢迎中方扩大对塔投资，开展互利合作，进一步充实两国战略伙伴关系内涵。
