李克强表示，中国共产党十八届三中全会对中国全面深化改革作出重要部署。中国将持续推进经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明建设等领域的改革，进一步扩大开放，使中国经济持续发展，社会不断进步，相信中国的改革开放和发展将为中俄合作提供新的机遇。中方愿与俄方进一步深化能源、交通、电力等领域合作，结合各自需要拓展基础设施建设合作，支持俄方办好索契冬季奥运会，共同推动中俄关系迈上新台阶。
李克强指出，上海合作组织是中俄开展战略合作的重要平台，双方应保持密切沟通，携手推动上合组织向前发展，在安全和务实合作两方面不断取得新成果。要加快推进上合组织互联互通建设，深化投资和金融合作，加强生态和能源合作，促进人文交流，共同维护地区和世界的和平、稳定与发展。
梅德韦杰夫表示，俄中高层交往频繁，各领域合作稳步推进，两国高水平的友好关系十分牢固，保持良好发展势头。俄方愿与中方取长补短，落实好俄中总理定期会晤成果和双方确定的合作项目，进一步加强能源、经贸、交通、物流等领域以及俄远东与中国东北地区之间的合作，深化安全合作，密切在上合组织框架内的协调配合，促进地区安宁与繁荣。
双方就共同关心的国际和地区问题交换了意见。(完)
