Q: India President Pranab Mukherjee November 29 visit to the so-called "Al Bruner State". China's comment on this?

A: China's position on the eastern section of the Sino-Indian border dispute is consistent and clear. At present, the Sino-Indian relations have maintained a good momentum of development, both sides are met through consultations in a friendly way of resolving the border issue. Hope that the Indian side and the Chinese side to maintain bilateral relations, refrain from complicating the problem, work together to maintain peace and tranquillity in the border areas, creating favorable conditions for border talks.

　　问：印度总统慕克吉11月29日至30日访问所谓“阿鲁纳恰尔邦”。中方对此有何评论？

　　答：中方对中印边界东段争议区的立场是一贯和明确的。当前，中印关系保持了良好的发展势头，双方正在通过特代会晤以友好协商的方式探讨解决两国边界问题。希望印方与中方相向而行，维护双边关系大局，不要采取使问题复杂化的举动，共同努力维护边境地区的和平与安宁，为边界谈判创造有利条件。
