　　蔡荣生曾担任或正在担任至少7家公司的独立董事。这7家公司包括大唐高鸿数据网络技术股份有限公司、黑龙江交通发展股份有限公司、北京东华合创数码科技股份有限公司(2009年更名东华软件)、武汉农村商业银行股份有限公司、成都农村商业银行股份有限公司、万家基金管理有限公司和中融汇信期货有限公司。

　　其中，高鸿股份、龙江交通和东华软件为上市公司。从2006年开始，蔡荣生担任东华软件的独立董事，一直持续到2009年。2009年和2010年，蔡荣生开始担任高鸿股份和龙江交通的独立董事，从两家上市公司领取的年薪分别为6万元和8.57万元。

　　两公司未联系到蔡本人

　　昨天，龙江交通证券部工作人员在接受京华时报记者采访时表示，公司也是从公开渠道得知蔡荣生被调查一事，目前尚未联系到其本人。其在公司担任独董期间，也是根据上市公司独立董事制度指导意见的相关规定履行职责，因此其被调查一事也不会对公司经营产生影响。

　　高鸿股份证券部工作人员称相关负责人不在，故无法回应。但该公司在此前接受采访时称，公司尚未得到有关蔡荣生被调查的正式消息，也没有联系上他本人，因此对于董事会否因此缺编、会否更换独董等，暂时没有采取进一步措施。

　　损声誉对股价影响有限

　　大同证券投资顾问张继勇认为，高校教授担任独立董事的现象在我国较为普遍，企业喜欢找教授担任独董是因为其一般从事研究工作，背靠高校资源，掌握相关领域的专业知识，对公司来说是一笔无形的资产。独董如因个人问题被查处，主要是对上市公司声誉有影响，因为独董代表的是企业的内控制度建设，平时需对公司的治理结构、关联交易等方面给出独立建议，而对公司股价来说，影响较为有限。
