　　本报讯 昨天上午，“11·22”中石化东黄输油管道泄漏爆炸事故受灾区域群众工作应急指挥部召开成立会议。会前，与会同志集体向“11·22”事故遇难者默哀。市委副书记王伟出席会议并讲话。

　　王伟说，今天是中石化东黄输油管道泄漏爆炸事故发生后的第七天，事故处理工作逐步由抢险救灾转向后续处置。他指出，事故创伤需要抚慰，群众冷暖需要关切，工作任务依然繁重、时间十分紧迫，我们要继续保持连续作战、不怕劳苦的工作作风，全力以赴做好群众工作。

　　王伟强调，开展事故受灾区域群众工作要细致入微、扎实有效。我们要按照习近平总书记“要一家一家把善后工作做细做实”的指示精神，主动登门、逐人逐户服务，认真听取群众诉求，将群众关心的热点、难点问题及时解决在一线。要带着感情贴近群众，面对面地做好群众工作，认真解决好群众的现实困难。要切实加强组织领导，群众工作应急指挥部对受灾区域群众工作负总责，各群众工作站对相应社区群众工作负具体责任，把工作做深做细做实，经得起群众的检验、实践的检验。
