　　死者叔叔王连生告诉记者，11月28日傍晚6点30分左右，在尉氏县文化路西段体育场门口，带着2岁儿子散步的侄女王彦芳，被一辆迎面疾驰过来的三菱吉普车撞飞。侄女王彦芳的身体飞过吉普车后重重的摔在地上，当场死亡，她身边的儿子则血肉模糊，昏迷不醒。被撞死的侄女还怀有7个月的孩子。

　　王连生说，事故发生后，司机下车逃跑。后通过车牌号找到车主，这才知道驾车的人是尉氏县交警队李刚。

　　尉氏县交警队董警官向记者证实了上述消息，并称李刚属醉酒驾驶，目前警方已将其刑拘。据介绍，李刚是一名协警，在尉氏县交警队已工作10年以上。
