近日，蛋糕店负责人高某及液化石油气瓶提供者王某，被东城区检察院分别以涉嫌重大责任事故罪、危险物品肇事罪被批捕。
事发
气瓶阀口处大量泄漏
今年7月24日早7时许，光明中街的金凤呈祥蛋糕店发生爆燃，救援人员从事故现场搬出两个50千克重的液化石油气钢瓶。
北京市安监局介绍，调查发现，该蛋糕店存在众多的违法违规行为。其中，现场出现的两只钢瓶都是由一个非法气贩非法提供的。事发当日，液化石油气从瓶阀阀口处大量泄漏，达到爆炸极限，遇到店内电气设备打火，产生了爆燃。
相关调查证实，今年2月，蛋糕店负责人高某曾擅自改造烘烤设备，违规使用液化石油气钢瓶。而这些钢瓶均由王某非法供应。

一死者家属尚未获赔
昨天下午五点半，事发的蛋糕店正在营业。店内装潢一新，墙角处放着两瓶灭火器。
收银员介绍，蛋糕店是在10月重新开业的，事发中受伤的营业员已不在店内工作。因为自己是新到店工作的，对事故的赔偿情况不清楚。
蛋糕店旁边的视永明亮眼镜店店员称，在爆炸中受轻伤的女店员身体已痊愈，离职了，相关赔偿已完毕。眼镜店在事故中的损失也已赔偿完毕，具体金额不清楚。
事故中丧生的一名老人的儿子介绍，目前家人情绪基本平稳，相关赔偿金额目前还在商讨中。
