又经过10次左右刷新，记者终于注册成功。到了登陆环节，依然经过5次才登陆到申购平台。点击“在线申购”后，购房者需阅读《关于加快中低价位自住型改善型商品住房建设的意见》后才可点击“下一步”。然后，“轮候家庭”与“普通家庭”分别有不同“入口”进入。记者选择了“普通家庭入口”，随后显示相关的填表说明，并进入填表阶段。记者看到填表时须提供购房人姓名、婚姻状况、户籍所在地、家庭成员信息、人口数、家庭名下已拥有房产套数等。
现场交材料时间待定
据介绍，网站设计时，配备了可允许10万人同时登录的服务器，因为首日开通，第一拨登录人数过多，导致系统反应较慢。市住建委相关负责人称，摇号报名登记分两个阶段。昨天起是第一阶段——网上申请，时间将不少于15天。第二阶段是到售楼处现场提交材料，但因该项目售楼场所尚在建设中，具体时间将另行通知。在线登记的信息主要包括购房人姓名、证件号、户籍地址、婚姻状况、家庭人口数、名下拥有住房套数、通讯地址、联系电话、邮编等基本信息，经适房、两限房轮候家庭需要“资格审核备案通知单”编号。
