但从昨天下午六点开始，昆明机场再一次起雾，机场天气持续变坏，导致昨天晚上7点钟以后的航班全部取消，机场滞留近万名旅客。
昆明机场方面是如何来安置这些滞留旅客的？昨天夜里11点，中国之声采访了昆明长水机场党群工作部副部长徐歆宇。徐歆宇介绍，截止到昨天晚上10点半，只有2000名左右的旅客依然滞留机场。
徐歆宇：(滞留旅客)有两种情况，一些是本地的旅客不愿意到酒店，直接回家了，航空公司给予一定的经济补偿。另外一种是外地旅客，到航空公司免费提供住宿的酒店了。截至昨晚10点半左右，航站楼里面还有2020人左右，旅客大部分已经疏散出去。
徐歆宇还介绍说，截止到昨天深夜，航站楼内秩序正常，基本没有发生冲突事件。
徐歆宇：航站楼内温度在20度左右，气温也比较合适，设施设备都比较正常，基本上没有什么冲突。但是个别旅客还是有不理解的情况。淡然有些旅客急着返程或出行，这个心情我们比较理解。
在此之前，昆明机场曾发生过多次旅客滞留事件，也曾有旅客因为不满而爆发冲突。那这一次，旅客们的评价怎么样？
昆明广播电视台新媒体部记者段曦昨天到航站楼进行了采访，据他观察，虽然也有部分旅客有抱怨和急躁的情绪，但机场方面整体秩序平稳。
段曦：机场方面非常积极主动去处理这个难题，中午12点半，在候机大厅内大部分旅客都领取到了机场提供的午餐。同时一些商家也无偿为滞留旅客提供热水。不光是机场方面做得的更好了，从另外一个角度来讲，旅客也变得更加文明。
考虑到飞机返场情况和保障后续航班执行情况，昨晚有关部门决定，不再恢复执行昆明机场昨天取消的航班。
昆明长水机场党群工作部副部长徐歆宇表示，经过疏散，到今天还有200多人在机场，机场主要通过商家开放柜台，提供座位、毛毯给旅客休息，还有热水和医疗的提供。据气象部门今天凌晨的预测， 现在长水机场的能见度能达到起降标准，今天机场方面计划进港351个航班，出港344个航班，共计要保障695架次，现在已经在进行。
