　　中新网太原12月1日电 (记者 屈丽霞)11月30日23时58分，山西交口“11·27”山体崩塌抢险救援现场最后1名遇险人员被找到，经全力抢救，生命体征平稳，本次事故共造9人遇难、2人受伤，抢险救援工作已经结束。

　　27日8时30分，山西能源晟凯煤业有限公司在吕梁市交口县云千村处置地质安全隐患过程中发生山体滑塌，有施工挖掘机和工程车辆被埋。

　　事发后，交口县委、县政府开展抢险救援的同时，加强人员伤亡核查工作。11月28日下午，山西能源晟凯煤业有限公司应急抢险救援指挥部在抢险处理善后工作中，发现家属反映情况与27日下午施工负责人陈治练所交代的崩塌造成1伤3死3人被困的情况不一致，立即向县委、县政府汇报。交口县委、县政府向省市公安部门领导汇报，并连夜召开紧急会议，29日凌晨6时和山西能源集团共同商定，全面启动公安机关立案侦查程序，并要求公安机关立案调查。

　　公安机关对施工负责人采取强制措施并突审。经过突审组连续7小时突审，情况初步掌握。突审情况为：事发后，施工队开展自救挖出2具尸体，当即转移到霍州私自处置并隐瞒未报，同时救出1名受伤人员(目前生命体征平稳)。公安机关已对该施工队负责人刑事拘留。
