  “大学、医院取消行政级别后,工资、福利待遇标准如何确立?山东大学规定教授工资比副厅级高100元,这还是参照行政级别来定工资,而没有符合各行各业特点的市场评价体系。”马广海说。


  受访专家还指出,要坚决打破主管部门决定校长、院长任命的框子,取消事业单位领导的“任命制”,交由职、员工选举产生,实现管理者的职业化、专业化、专家化。否则,即便去掉行政级别的“皮”,行政化的“核”也仍然存在,算不上真正的改革。
