记者了解到，在收到群众反映在六里联盟村有人建大型豪华墓地的情况后，翁源县粮食局马上派员会同联盟村委会干部进行了调查处理。经查，网友反映的情况基本属实。墓地建造者是陈某，原龙仙附城粮所退休干部。该墓地于2013年11月初开始动工，面积200平方米，属山林地，目前已推成墓型，未下葬。
在调查的基础上，官渡国土资源所向当事人发出了责令停工通知书，并责成当事人在11月30日前进行复绿。目前，该墓地已停止施工，翁源县粮食局表示将继续跟踪监督。
