根据按照广州市遏制与防治艾滋病的“十二五”计划，男男同性人群、暗娼、性病人群都将是重点干预对象。广州市卫生局党委书记唐小平介绍，控制艾滋病毒在“男同”间传播是实现计划的关键和难点，将鼓励更多社会组织参与其中。
据了解，自1986年广州市报告第一例艾滋病病毒感染者以来，截至今年10月底，全市累计报告常住艾滋病病毒感染者和病人共有5852例，在全省排第1位，其中1979人已经发病，785人已死亡，自2008年以来，广州的病例报告数以年均13%的速度增长。
今年头10个月，全市新报告病例1148例，同比去年上升6.9%，显示广州市的艾滋病疫情仍然呈上升趋势。广州市卫生局党委书记唐小平介绍，广州的早期感染者已陆续进入发病期，但死亡病例上升势头已初步遏制，今年头10个月报告本市常住病例死亡63例，比去年同期减少约1/3。他解释，这主要是因为开展了抗病毒治疗。
随着艾滋病经性传播、尤其是男男同性传播形势日趋严峻，广州市青少年、学生人群中因为冲动、好奇、模仿而受感染的病例越来越多见。唐小平介绍，15~24岁青少年病例从2008年的101例上升到去年的203例，以平均每年两成的速度增长。其中，学生病例从2008年的7例上升到去年的25例，总共已累计达111例。
记者了解到，白云、天河、荔湾、越秀、海珠5个区艾滋病存活病例数都超过500例，番禺区今年也会突破这个数字，这6个区属于一类流行区，其中白云区更是全省8个存活病例超过1000例的地区之一。全市169个街镇，有疫情的街镇数达164个。
广东前十月1331例艾滋患者死亡
又讯 (记者何雪华 通讯员粤卫信)今日是第26个“世界艾滋病日”，据省卫生计生委通报，广东测算全省现存活的艾滋病实际感染人数约6.8万，其中今年1~10月共收到报告的感染者及病人7030例，死亡1331例。性传播已成为主要的传播方式，占比达到84.9%，经男男同性性传播比例超两成。
据广东艾滋病疫情通报，截至2013年10月31日，累计报告现住址在广东省的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人41922例，累计报告数居全国第五位。据专家测算，广东省现存活的实际艾滋感染人数约6.8万。
其中，2013年1~10月，全省共收到报告现住址为广东的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人7030例，其中艾滋病人2534例，死亡病例1331例，分别比去年同期上升4.4%、减少4.3%、减少12.5%。
据数据分析，今年新增艾滋发病数比去年略降，2012年1~10月全省HIV抗体阳性者6734例，其中4成已处于发病状态；今年1~10月报告的7030例HIV抗体阳性者，发病成为艾滋病的占36%。不过，专家提醒，近年来，全省艾滋病正逐步进入发病高峰期，抗病毒治疗救治任务越来越重。
尽管今年没有通报报告病例的本省、外省籍比例，但从2009年至2012年10月，全省累计报告HIV/AIDS病例中外省籍所占比例从34.0%增加到46.0%。
医院若推诿

来自NGO组织“岭南伙伴”的李小米表示，部分综合医院有推诿感染者的现象。唐小平坦言，由于公众关于艾滋病防治知识知晓率仍然不高，社会歧视现象依然存在，“不仅是社会的歧视，也有的是来自医院”。市八医院副院长张复春说，确实留意到部分医院医疗歧视现象，已向新院区医务人员进行全员培训，并会在广州市一些大医院进行培训。
“推诿情况应该越来越少，假如确实有发生，可以向我们卫生行政部门反映，我们来协调。”唐小平说，市八医院新院区将按照综合医院的定位扩建，相信可以为艾滋病患者提供更全面的服务。
