　　根据最新的方案，机团单位采用按桶计量，居民和小型个体工商户采用按袋计量。在投放模式上，除黄埔区公安社区采用定时上门收集外，其他试点都采用定时定点投放。

　　广州市城管委副主任鲍伦军透露，无论试点结果如何，广州垃圾费明年铁定改为按量征收，彻底打破现有的定额收费模式。至于是直接按量还是间接按量，将根据此次试点的情况而定。试点的目的主要是为了探索垃圾收费制度改革。目前，广州对居民家庭按照每户每月15元征收垃圾费，但是一刀切式的定额收费不公平，对垃圾减量和鼓励分类也没有促进作用。广州垃圾费具体改革方案将在明年通过听证会的方式最终确定。
