  中介代提公积金 手续费最高10%


  按照北京公积金的提取政策,除了买房外,租房也能提取公积金。但租房提取公积金需要提供房屋租赁合同、发票等材料,而大部分房屋租赁都没有登记备案和缴税,因此房东大都无法提供发票。


  于是一些小中介盯上了这门“生意”——代办公积金提取业务。中介利用手头上代理的一些租赁房源,开具发票,以达到提取公积金的目的,而收取的手续费最高达到10%。


  一位公积金管理部门的内部人士告诉记者,在提取业务中,针对假发票,公积金中心会有验证的程序,发现是假发票会不予办理。但很多代办中介提供的是真发票,无法拒绝办理提取。


  “我们做过调研,其实在公积金提取中,绝大部分都是买房提取,租房提取公积金的比例只有5%左右。但就是这些代办提取的小广告,损害了公积金的声誉。”这位人士说。


  公积金提取材料和程序将简化


  北京公积金管理中心相关负责人表示,中心正在对公积金提取政策的修改进行调研,“主旨是方便百姓,能更加便捷地提取公积金。提取的材料和程序应该有所简化。比如贷款购房者提取公积金,之前已经办过贷款相关手续,应该减少这方面需提供的相关材料。”


  而在这项正在调研的政策中,对于中介代办租房提取公积金,也将有相应的对策。具体办法中,可能会对租房提取公积金每次提取的额度进行调整,比如从以往可一次性提取一年的租金,缩短为一次性提取半年或一个季度的租金。
