　　蒋开松认为，这块152平方米的宅基地是祖父遗产，母亲和伯父、伯母健在，只有他们才是第一继承人。他认为自己是代父辈“受过”，并在网上发帖求助，认为这是“株连”。县有关部门认为蒋开松在网上发的帖子与事实有出入，蒋开松和他母亲都是法定继承人，蒋开松是当事人，不算“株连拆迁”。

　　据了解，蒋开松在抽调一个月后，已经于11月27日下午被通知恢复原职。对于所涉土地，绥宁县政府表示，蒋开松祖父原有国有划拨土地使用权将由政府依法按程序收回。
