Indicators of rural drinking water safety evaluation into a well-off society in Hunan province

　　本报讯(记者 岳冠文)“到2015年，全面解决国家规划内剩余的1338.98万人的饮水安全问题。”日前，湖南省政府办公厅下发《关于进一步做好农村饮水安全工作的意见》，要求把农村饮水安全目标任务纳入政府任期目标责任考核，将农村饮水安全工作纳入全面建成小康社会监测考核指标体系。

　　2005年以来，湖南农村饮水安全工作连续9年作为省政府为民办实事工程来推进，取得了显著成效，全省累计投入100亿元，建成各类工程两万余处，解决了2000多万人的饮水安全问题。

　　意见提出，到2015年，全面解决国家规划内剩余的1338.98万人的饮水安全问题，同时基本解决洞庭湖区铁锰严重超标地区规划外205.68万人的饮水安全问题和山丘特别干旱区饮水困难问题，基本实现全省农村居民饮水安全；到2020年，通过提质改造和配套完善，实现100%乡镇，90%的行政村通自来水，农村自来水普及率达到80%以上。

　　意见规定，凡作为饮用水源的水库、湖泊、河流、地下水富集区、地下暗河和岩溶大泉等，应依法划定水源地保护范围，由县级政府提出划定方案，报省政府批准，禁止污水排放和投肥养殖，杜绝污染来源。
