本报讯(记者李文姬) 今日起，津秦高速铁路正式开通运营。旅客乘高铁从天津到秦皇岛的最快旅行时间，将由2.4小时压缩至1小时11分，天津至哈尔滨仅用时7小时。从此，东北至华北开启“全高铁时代”。
记者从中国铁路总公司了解，津秦高铁起点为天津西站，终点为秦皇岛站，运营里程287公里，设计时速350公里，初期运营时速300公里。全线设天津西、天津、军粮城北、滨海、滨海北、唐山、滦河、北戴河和秦皇岛9个车站。
津秦高铁开通运营后，向北可连接京哈线、哈大高铁，向西连接京津城际铁路，向南连接京沪高铁，将东北、华北、华东地区的快速客运通道连接成网。目前开通初期，将安排开行动车组列车5对，全部为“G”字头动车组列车。明年1月1日起将调整安排开行“G”字头列车19对。
据央视报道，铁三院集团公司津秦高铁总设计师秦宝来表示，津秦高铁在秦皇岛与秦沈客运专线相连，在沈阳北站与哈大客专(高铁)相连，在天津站向西经地下直径线与京沪高铁相连，届时东三省至华北、华东地区将通过津秦、秦沈形成一个快捷的运输通道。
开通后影响
东北乘客去上海不用到京转车
津秦高铁开通前，从哈尔滨去往上海，途经天津的，只能乘坐普速列车，全程31小时48分钟。如果途经北京，则需要乘坐京哈线在北京站下车，再到北京南站乘坐京沪线，最快也要15个小时。
津秦高铁开通后，从天津到秦皇岛的最快旅行时间，将由2.4小时压缩至1小时11分。不仅全程高速，而且津秦高铁年客运能力达到8000万人，今年春节将大大缓解北京这个枢纽站的交通压力。

作为中国铁路“四纵四横”快速客运通道中的“一纵”，厦深铁路东起福建省厦门市，西至广东省深圳市，线路全长502.4公里，设计时速200公里。从广州到厦门由13小时缩为4小时。
此外，陕西西安到宝鸡，重庆到湖北省利川市，厦门到深圳，湖南衡阳到广西柳州，广西柳州到南宁，以及广西沿海铁路等多条线路进入试运营阶段，预计明年一月前全部运营。
