昆明信息港讯 记者韩焕玉 记者从昆明长水机场了解到，12月1日15时，昆明长水机场宣布解除应急响应，航班恢复正常，因大雾滞留旅客基本疏散完毕。目前大雾已经消散，天气状况良好。
自29日晚间，今年入冬以来最大一次大雾天气袭来，昆明长水国际机场能见度持续下降。30日上午9时，机场两条跑道均已无法达到起降标准。晚上7时以后，机场被迫关闭，所有计划出港航班全部取消。
突如其来的大雾天气导致上万旅客滞留机场，人员疏散、餐饮水源供应、机票改签等问题让机场忙了起来，偶有纠纷发生，保安适时上前劝阻、制止，以免发生肢体冲突。机场和大部分商家为旅客提供免费茶水、特价商品，部分商家还为旅客免费提供宝宝纸尿裤。医护人员随时就位。
在此期间，机场陆续启动III级、I级应急响应。机场、航空公司、地服、公安、护卫人员组成5人现场航班服务保障执行小组，以航班包干方式，现场全程负责保障延误航班的旅客，直至顺利登机。机场协调各航空公司及时启动旅客呼叫系统，把具体航班信息通知到每一位旅客，并根据本场天气变化及外场航班情况调整航班计划和运力。新闻中心还在官方微博上持续更新旅客提示、天气、航班等信息。
航班大面积延误后，部分不法分子趁机违规倒卖机票、招揽旅客，机场护卫部、监察支队及时出击严厉打击，截至12月1日12时，共驱离违规倒票人员60余人，处罚16人。
与前几次滞留旅客大闹机场不同，此次航班延误事件中，机场工作人员连夜奋战、毫无懈怠、微笑服务的敬业精神得到了旅客赞赏。
12月1日15：00，根据天气情况及航站楼运行情况，昆明机场大面积航班延误应急处置领导小组决定解除大面积航班延应急响应，机场恢复正常运行，截至15：00，昆明机场实际完成进港航班137架次，出港航班176架次。
