李克强强调，进一步做好防艾工作，首先要依靠科学，落实和完善综合干预措施，破解防治难题，提升防控成效。同时，要更加重视人文关怀，消除对艾滋病感染者和病人的歧视，保障他们合法权益。用科学战胜病魔，用爱心温暖患者。
