改版网站闪现后无法再登录
网上显示，改版后的订票网站域名为：https://kyfw.12306.cn/。
相比现有的订票网站，新网站增加了登录和注册的专门链接。网页排版主要分为两大部分：左侧为车票信息查询，包括单程、返程和出发地、目的地、出发日、返程日选择，可供普通乘客、学生、农民工进行选择性查询与购买等选项。右侧则包括最新动态、购票常见问题、使用须知、相关规章等四类信息，方便乘客购票前了解乘车须知和最新消息。在页面左下角，还有一排“出行向导”，包括车站查询、中转查询、票价查询、正晚点查询、客票代售点查询。
记者再次点击此网址链接进行登录时，屏幕却显示“网络可能存在问题，请您重试一下！”无法再看到该网页。
据此前使用该网站的网友介绍，新版订票系统增加了许多新功能，一直呼吁的“席别选择”功能已经加入，可供乘客选择具体座位。除此以外，新版系统还加入了“备选日期”、“优先车次”等项目。
手机版订票客户端还无法下载
