  “硕士”、名校毕业生更“受宠”


  在招聘会上,不少用人单位看重“名校”出身,中学则大多要求应聘者是“硕士”学历。浙江省丽水市十几所学校“组团”前来招聘新教师,在浙江省丽水市莲都区教育局的展位被应聘者围得里三层外三层,“除非特别优秀211重点本科学校的毕业生,否则我们只考虑硕士。”面对招聘人员这样的话语,一些手拿简历的本科生脸上难掩失望神情。

  工作人员李老师介绍说,学校是省重点学校,工作稳定,之所以没在学历方面设定太高门槛,是更强调教师必须是“全才型”人才,必须具备科学、专业、规范的教育方法,因此应聘者的综合能力显得格外重要。


  “报名后,我们还会安排面试和笔试,笔试主要考察理论知识,面试比较系统,说课能力、综合素质等方面都是考查的范围。”李老师说,这是学校第一次来东北招聘老师,虽然当地也有很好的教师资源,但考虑到让学校的教师群体丰富些,调整教师地理位置结构,特别是东北师范毕业生普通话方面的优势,他们这次打算招聘10名教师,其中就有5名语文教师,一旦通过面试和省里统一的考试,就会落实编制问题,预计在寒假前就可以实行。


  90后毕业生希望工作离家近一些


  在应聘过程中,记者注意到,不少同学对薪酬十分敏感,对于公司的发展前景和培养机制却不太在意。他们对教师岗位的目标大多是一些民办培训类学校的教师职位,试用期的月工资在2000-2500元左右。


  “前几年,学长们还是比较看重老师岗位,现在我们更看重的是薪水,即使没有当成老师,有一个月薪能够达到3000元的工作也挺不错的。”一所普通师范类毕业生林同学说,先就业对于她来说重要一些。


  与林同学不同的是,毕业于北华大学小学教育专业的高梦莹几乎只关注教师的招聘信息,其他职位只是一扫而过。但是留给高梦莹的选择不是很多,她想去的学校,几乎是“零编制”,一些有编制的像县级学校等基层学校她还不想去。“前几天去考天津一个教育局的编制,笔试过了,没去面试,还是考虑到离家太远了。”高梦莹说。


  在招聘会现场,记者发现,与高梦莹想法类似的学生有很多,他们都是90后毕业生,对家长的依赖性很强,想要离家近一些的工作,反过来,家长也总想把孩子留在身边照顾。“90后大学生的就业观念发生了改变,原来,大学生找工作重视的是高薪、白领、大城市,现在大学生找工作,心中理想职业是收入高一些、离家近一些、工作压力小一些、稳定性强一些的。”东北师范大学就业指导中心副主任孔洁珺说,很多一、二线城市学校教师编制已经饱和,现在只有基层能提供编制,但毕业生又不想离家太远,现在家长和学生都有了职业预期的转变。


  28校毕业生近3成有“去向”


  据介绍,今年,东北高师28校共有本、硕、博毕业生10万余人,其中,东北师范大学共有毕业生7731人,包括硕士、博士研究生4181人,本科毕业生3550人。


  据初步统计,将有来自东北28所高师院校的2万余名本科毕业生、1万余名研究生前来东北师范大学主会场“找工作”。截至11月30日上午,共有来自全国23个省(市、自治区)的1000余家用人单位的2300名代表参加洽谈,用人单位提出需求信息近5万条。
