不到十小时时间里，短短140字的微博已经超过了万次转发，被评为“沈阳最牛120急救中心”。相关收费到底合理不合理？马先生向记者讲述了26号夜里，家中发生的一幕。
小马：11月26号，夜间11点左右打了120，我奶奶脑血栓，当时有点抽，呼吸困难。
马先生告诉记者，奶奶今年69岁，当天晚上，老人的老伴、儿子、孙子家人全都在场。11点多拨打120后，大概15分钟左右，救护车到达。随救护车一起来的一共5名工作人员。
小马：一个司机，一个医生，一个护士，两个抬担架的。
马爷爷也回忆了救护车到来后，给老伴救治的情景。
老马：做心电图、量血压、扎针。说病情挺重。就这么走的。
记者在马先生出具的印有辽宁财政监制章的“辽宁省急救医疗费收据”单上看到，总计费用为1670元。其中最大一项收费来自心电图，594元。另外超过100元的收费还有2项，分别为全程监护费和救护车收费各255元。50到100元的收费共5项。分别为急救出诊费77元、护理费99元，院前急救费66元，卫材88元，还有其他80元。
为此记者采访了救护车所在单位，沈阳市120急救中心和平分中心站长陈铁强，陈站长认为收费并无不妥：
陈铁强：都是按照物价局收的。依病情为定，做什么了就收哪项。给患者的收费单子说的都很清楚。医生有医生出诊费，护士有护士出诊费，司机有司机费用，担架有抬的费用。
记者向陈站长核实收据单最后一栏医生、护士和司机的名字是否属实，陈站长并没有否认。随后记者又采访了沈阳市120急救中心相关工作人员，再次对当晚出诊工作人员的身份得到了印证，工作人员同时告诉记者1670元的救护费用并不算是高的：
工作人员：她这个差老了，最高的有3000多的。
记者：那最高一般什么情况能达到3000多元。
工作人员：你像年轻患者，触电、溺水的了，抢救时间会很长。
记者：底下它还有车号33、驾驶员陆然……
工作人员：是我们单位的，不存在黑120，他已经确认了这个事，肯定是我们单位的。
记者在沈阳市2001年关于调整120医疗救护车收费标准的通知上看到，有关担架费、救护车等时费等收费并没有超出相关规定。但在大额收费等项目上，并没有明确规定。而来自沈阳市当地医院贴出的120收费标准中可以看到，心电图等项恰恰在医保报销的范围内。
按照沈阳市120急救中心和平分中心站长陈铁强的说法，这项高收费和使用的器械、抢救的时间长短等关系密切。但马先生表示，整个过程只做了一次心电图，家属对医生护士的表现并不让人满意：
马先生：输液不好好输，我们也不懂啊，很快就到医院了，输液也没输进去。做个ct多少钱啊，经常去医院心电图才十几二十几元，心电图594，这一下我就傻了。
