  中新社北京12月1日电 (记者 马海燕)清华大学社会科学学院非物质经济研究中心1日在京发布二十国集团(G20)国家非物质经济指数。数据显示,英、美、德等老牌工业强国在非物质经济发展上仍占据着领先地位,俄、中、印三大新兴经济体位居榜尾。


  此次排名涵盖除欧盟以外的G20实体国家。其中,英国以78.05分排名第一,德国、美国分别以72.84分和70.02分排名第二和第三。韩国以70.00分排名第四,仅少于美国0.02分,令人瞩目。


  其余顺位排列第5名到第10名的是加拿大、法国、澳大利亚、日本、意大利、巴西。


  印度、中国、俄罗斯这三个新兴经济体分别以23.15分、26.10分、29.39分位列倒数第一、二、三位。


  中间排在第11到16位的分别是沙特阿拉伯、阿根廷、墨西哥、土耳其、南非、印度尼西亚。


  G20国家非物质经济指数是基于资源利用率、教育与科技创新水平、国民幸福感三大维度,设立单位GDP能耗、第三产业占GDP比重、国民平均受教育年限、研发支出占GDP的比重、盖洛普世界民意调查、世界价值观调查六大指标,收集各国权威数据,精确计算所得,指数和排名是对G20各国非物质经济发展状况直观呈现。


  清华大学社会科学学院副教授郑路表示,以非物质经济指数来反映复杂的、多维度的非物质经济活动,有利于增进公众认知和政府决策,便于对各国非物质经济的总体发展水平进行比较和追踪,为推动可持续发展、建设生态文明提供了指导方向和衡量标准。


  郑路说,中国在资源有效利用率上,远远落后于G20集团中各经济体。推动非物质经济的发展,有利于改变现有的经济增长方式。(完)
