塑化剂超标企业停产
通知指出，目前白酒生产仍存在一定的质量安全隐患，如个别地方白酒生产许可管理不严，企业存在超范围超限量使用食品添加剂、以液态法白酒或固液法白酒冒充固态法白酒、白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质（塑化剂）污染及制售假冒伪劣白酒等问题。
通知要求，企业切实控制白酒中塑化剂污染。特别是整改后产品仍检出塑化剂的，必须进一步查明来源，全面彻底整改，不留隐患。不得使用含有塑化剂的管道、容器、包装物等接触酒。自产原酒的企业，应加强原辅材料中塑化剂的检测和控制；外购原酒的企业，所采购原酒的塑化剂含量要低于国家卫生计生委通报的风险评估值。一旦发现成品中的塑化剂高于风险评估值的，一律不得出厂销售，立即停产整顿，继续排查原因，并向所在地食品监管部门报告。
