央视报道女车主不堪罚款喝农药
据央视财经报道，据货车司机郭万里讲述，11月14日17点多，他开车和车主温丽一起去送石料，在永城市沱滨路附近，被一辆交通执法车超车拦下，对方要他出示“票”。

记者调查公路“治超”乱 货车压力大
《经济半小时》记者对永城路政、运政两个部门采访了两天，但最终，关于当地路政、运政执法大队究竟有多少人，每年经费多少，“治超”罚款多少，罚款是否返还，两个单位的有关负责人也没能给出明确答案。
常在这一带跑的货车司机、车主们告诉记者，在这里，他们被迫常年购买运政、路政罚款年票、月票来为车辆买“保险”，但是，有时候这种“保险”也不保险。
郭万里说，温丽之所以拿命相搏，并不仅仅是为了当天的罚款，10月份他们刚被罚了好几万元。尽管他们按时购买年票、月票，但执法部门要罚就罚，根本没有商量的余地。
原因分析
河南省的永城市地处河南最东部，是河南、安徽、江苏、山东四省交界，辖区面积2000多平方公里，是连接四省的交通要道，然而这里是有名的三多：执法人员多，罚款金额多，罚款花样多。
