Yongcheng， Henan province investigated owners suffering from road fines suicides

　　此事引发网民广泛声讨，矛头直指公路乱收费、乱罚款、乱设卡的“三乱”现象，并呼吁相关部门对当前公路管理体制进行反思、改革。
