【环球网报道 记者 关超】日本共同社12月2日报道称，北京市将正式引进日产汽车的智能交通系统，以缓解因交通拥堵及汽车尾气等造成的空气污染问题。此前，日产根据日本新能源和产业技术综合开发机构和中国国家发改委的协议对该系统进行了1年的实证试验。
据报道，北京制定了建设“智能交通城市”的目标，计划引进通过智能手机软件实时显示公交车运行状况的系统等，与日产联合进行实证试验的系统是该计划的核心之一。
该系统由“动态路线引导”和“环保驾驶支援”构成，前者的功能是由车载IT终端根据接收的交通信息来提示到达目的地的最短路径等，后者是通过车载终端或家用电脑提示汽车的燃耗水平及“环保驾驶”的程度等信息。
系统建设及提供终端等工作，除了日本的NTT数据公司之外，开展车载电子元件业务的航盛电子及从事系统开发的北京大用软件公司等地方企业也参与其中。
NEDO公司北京事务所代表长谷川浩之表示，“希望通过向日企之外的企业敞开大门，为改善拥堵创造更宽松的环境”。
约1年的实证试验结果显示，有效利用EMS的汽车燃效提高了6.8%.此外，如果北京路面车辆的10%安装动态路线引导系统，二氧化碳排放量每年约可减少10%。
