这位网友称，他在经过省孟州市政协大院时，发现院内竟然开了两家公司，一家是孟州市明珠房地产开发有限公司，一家是孟州市国行投资担保有限责任公司，“一左一右占据政协大院”。有网友质疑，“没有背景，能把公司开进政协大院吗？这样把公司开进政协大院，合法吗？这样的公司犯了法，谁敢管？”
南都记者注意到，发帖网友上传的多张照片显示，这个大院大门两侧都有挂牌，左边为政协孟州市委员会，右边为孟州市人大常委会。院子正面的三层楼房门上挂有国徽，院子左右还各有一栋二层小楼，左边小楼顶上有广告牌和“明珠房地产”的招牌，右边则有“国行投资担保”字样。
河南省工商行政管理局网站资料显示，孟州市国行投资担保有限责任公司成立于2009年，注册资本2000万元，其营业地址为“孟州市韩愈大街中段北侧((政协院内)”。孟州市明珠房地产开发有限公司成立于2003年，注册资本5000万元，营业地址为“孟州市市内韩愈大街西段”。地图资料显示，孟州市人大和政协都在孟州市西韩愈大街299号院内。
