专家家中使用转基因油
昨天，包括中国工程院院士陈君石、农大食品科学与营养工程学院院长罗云波、中国农科院生物技术研究所研究员黄大昉、中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员朱桢在内的科学家团，也到场为转基因食品“正名”，意在消除公众对转基因食品的误区。
罗云波说，他家里用的就是转基因食用油，因为其少农药残留、少病虫害，反而更安全。
陈君石院士强调，目前，没有任何证据显示转基因有问题，国内用了转基因必须明确标识，只要经过安全评价批准上市的转基因食品，与常规食品同样安全。
科学家团否认“转基因作物安全没有定论”，称世界卫生组织、联合国粮农组织、欧洲食品安全局转基因生物小组、美国FDA等机构给出的意见都是：目前批准商业化的转基因作物是安全的，可放心食用。

答(中国工程院院士-陈君石)：目前，针对转基因作物，大多数国家都建立了特定系统来严格评价，而对传统作物一般不开展类似评价。因此，这两种作物，在投放市场前的评价程序存在差别，转基因作物的安全性评估远比传统作物严格。

答(旅美科学作家、美国食品技术协会高级会员-云无心)：美国是转基因消费大国，转基因玉米和大豆是美国诸多食品的原料，大约40%-60%的日常食品都含转基因。在欧盟，批准的转基因作物可做食物用途的有玉米、油菜、大豆、甜菜，日本允许的转基因食品目前已达283种，澳大利亚、加拿大、瑞士等都允许转基因食物。
