今日晚间，中共临澧县委宣传部发表消息称：“2013年12月2日，临澧县接访人员李桂林(县信访局工作人员)、黄玉舫(安福镇安福路社区工作人员)与访民段新德(安福镇安福路社区居民)合照在媒体热传。县委、县政府专题研究，成立了专门工作组展开调查，已责成县信访局和安福镇分别对李桂林、黄玉舫做出了停职检查处理。同时，明确由县委常委、政法委书记林宜泉对访民段新德的诉求进行督办，将对该事件进行依法公正处理。”
