2012年6月初，程某安排另外三名大学生陈某某、龚某某、许某某帮助自己踩点，并负责场外发送高考答案。6月6日，陈某某、龚某某、许某某被萍乡警方相继抓获。6月15日，邓某某在家中落网。
据此，安源区人民检察院认为，邓某某等4人以收买的方式，从网络上非法获取绝密级的高考试题答案，并购买了高科技作弊设备，拟利用互联网购买属于国家绝密级的2012年江西省高考试题答案，并利用无线电信号发射、接收装置传送答案谋利，情节严重，已构成非法获取国家秘密罪，遂依法提起公诉。
