Russia citizens since December to visa-free access to Suifenhe

　　俄罗斯公民可凭护照免签进入绥芬河主城区域或边境贸易区。为方便俄中企业主，海关将开设“绿色通道”。

　　绥芬河政府希望，取消签证的决定将有助于双边贸易关系的发展。

　　绥芬河从上世纪80年代末开始积极开展同俄罗斯远东地区的边境贸易，此前俄罗斯边境地区的居民只可在该市停留几天。
