　　晨报讯（记者 邹乐）昨天，中央纪委发布消息称，中国出口信用保险公司副总经理戴春宁（见图）涉嫌严重违纪违法，正接受组织调查。戴春宁曾任中国进出口银行行长助理，去年4月调任中国出口信用保险公司。

　　公开资料显示，戴春宁长期供职于银行系统，有近20年在中国工商银行的工作经历。2000年，出任中国进出口银行信贷管理部副总经理，而后担任过中国进出口银行总行营业部总经理、公司业务部总经理。

　　2011年8月，戴春宁出任中国进出口银行行长助理。2012年4月起，调任中国出口信用保险公司副总经理。

　　值得注意的是，今年5月，中央第九巡视组曾进驻中国进出口银行，并发现该单位存在贷款发放不规范、利用信贷权谋私利等情形。彼时，戴春宁已离开中国进出口银行，但是其“落马”是否为巡视组巡视牵出的成果尚不得而知。

　　北京晨报记者查询公开报道发现，戴春宁距离“出事”较近的一次公开露面显示，今年6月，戴春宁与三一重工总裁会面，对长期战略合作达成一致意见。戴春宁表示，作为中国唯一支持企业海外拓展的政策性金融机构，非常愿意支持和帮助具有自主知识产权与品牌的民族工业开拓海外市场。

　　北京晨报记者了解到，中国出口信用保险公司成立于2001年12月18日，资本来源为出口信用保险风险基金，由国家财政预算安排。 其主要任务是支持中国企业向海外投资，为企业开拓海外市场提供收汇风险保障。媒体的公开报道显示，今年上半年，中国信保累计实现承保已近2000亿美元。同时，戴春宁在去年年底举行的《国家风险分析报告(2012版)》发布会上曾表示，中国信保当年支持企业获得融资约3400亿元人民币。
