This haze "lazy" strong

25省份中“霾伏” 南京中小学紧急停课
据新华社电 江苏、浙江、上海……刚入12月，中国中东部大部地区再次遭遇持续性雾霾天气。据中央气象台统计，截至4日18时，我国已有25个省(区、市)不同程度地出现过雾霾天气。中央气象台预计，4日夜间到5日上午，我国东部和南方大部地区仍有轻雾。江苏等地的部分地区有重度霾。
本轮雾霾“惰性”较强
据了解，本轮雾霾天气的“惰性”较强，基本在华北至江南一带活动，几日来位置变化不大。其中，苏皖等地的霾最为严重，而大雾的“重灾区”则位于西南及江淮地区。
预计12月4日至8日，不利气象条件仍将持续，12月8日至11日，受较强冷空气影响，华北中南部至长三角地区等气象条件将明显改善。
环保部有关负责人4日分析了造成大范围灰霾天气的主要原因：一是不利气象条件造成污染物持续累积。受近地面静稳天气控制，空气在水平和垂直方向流动性均非常小，大气扩散条件非常差。二是机动车尾气和北方冬季燃煤采暖对空气质量恶化贡献较大。静稳天气条件下机动车尾气排放累积，特别是北方地区因为采暖期猛增的能源消耗排放，对空气质量造成严重影响。
