　　人民网海南视窗12月5日电 (记者 宁远)记者从海南第二检察分院获悉，原东方市统计局局长林明弟在担任东方市发展和改革局、住房和城乡建设局局长期间，利用职务上的便利，非法收受他人贿赂，涉嫌受贿罪。2013年11月8日，海南第二检察分院对其以受贿罪立案侦查，同月21日对其决定逮捕。
