记者昨日从华林路改造工程业主单位——福州市政工程管理处获悉，华林路改造工程最近确实是在施工招投标，计划明年3—4月份进场施工。
焦点一 2007年才修过，为何又要投巨资改造
昨日下午，记者从西湖宾馆大门口沿着华林路向五四路方向行走，发现长约1公里的华林路，道路还比较平整，部分路段沥青有裂缝，没有坑坑洼洼的路面，两侧的人行道也几乎没看见大的开裂或凹陷。
华林路为何要投巨资改造？记者昨日采访了福州市政工程管理处。市政工程管理处道路管理所副所长林鸿说，华林路虽然在2007年对局部破损严重的路段进行过沥青面层的维修，但经过多年使用，现在路面已出现各种不同病害，特别是路面露骨和开裂病害严重，一方面影响行车舒适性，另一方面如果不及时大修，道路病害将扩大并加剧，将会给日常维护带来巨大压力，今后将要投入更多钱大修。
焦点二 为何不等地铁站建好后再修
目前华林路与五四路交叉口正在进行地铁树兜站围挡施工，该地铁站施工多次更改围挡范围，前段时间曾拆除围挡，近百米长的路面重新铺设沥青，没多久该路段又被围挡。那么，这次华林路改造，对华林路五四路口，为何不等地铁树兜站建好后再修？
福州市政工程管理处相关人士坦言，之前华林路改造施工招标公告范围，确是北大路至五四路口，预计改造费用在1000多万元，但后来招标方案剔除了华林路五四路口地铁树兜站旁的施工，预计此次华林路修复费用将控制在1000万以内。
林鸿昨日也表示，这次改造，华林路五四路口地铁树兜站周边将不进行大修，计划从北大路修到武夷大厦附近。
焦点三 1000万花在哪些地方
据了解，华林路曾在2004年大修，路面重新铺设沥青，人行道地砖也全部更换，还在屏东路口新建了一座人行天桥。之后，华林路还历经多次改造、维修。这次华林路具体怎么改造？
昨日，林鸿说，这次华林路大修，将结合福州市环境综合整治的要求，对损坏旧路面破除及修复、机动车道及非机动车道路面加铺沥青混凝土，局部人行道改造、交通设施、旧检查井及雨水进水井改造等工程，其中主要是对华林路进行
沥青基础层大修，路面新铺上行车舒适、耐高温、抗老化的橡胶沥青，同时更换新型井盖等。林鸿还说，华林路上打算更换的橡胶沥青成本高，可以说是目前市面上最好的一种沥青，造成这次大修费用较高。
焦点四 道路大修是否要围挡封闭
华林路是福州市区重要的主干道，车流量很大，周边有不少省直单位，还有屏东中学、鼓楼实验小学等。华林路这次大修，是否要围挡封闭，是否会影响人车通行？
对此，福州市政工程管理处相关人士说，华林路大修，主要利用晚上10点后至早上6点进行大修，夜间围挡施工，也会留出道路保证车辆和行人通行。该相关人士说，华林路大修，在对人行道进行维修、更换井盖时，多少会影响行人通行，路过的市民尽量避开施工点。
焦点五大修是否要拓路，行道树会不会被移走？
这些年，福州一有道路改造就要移树，已成了市民心头之痛。此番华林路要改造的消息一传出，附近居民就担忧，是不是又要移树了？
“华林路西湖宾馆至省政府门口段，两旁的大樟树树龄都在50年以上，浓荫蔽日，可以说是目前榕城所剩不多的林荫大道。这次华林路改造是否要扩宽道路，这些大树要移走吗？”昨日，在华林路开茶叶店的叶先生关切地问道。
林鸿说，这次华林路改造并没有对道路进行拓宽改造，也没有对人行道进行加宽，因此，这次华林路改造不会移走道路两侧的行道树，也不会移走路中分隔带的大树。 <
