因为这个事毕竟给她造成了很大的伤害，之前的报道也有失误，有一点导向性，造成了媒体误读，让大妈受到了名誉上的损害。静下心来想我确实不对，我要跟她道歉一下。
今天下午，新闻图片最初的拍摄者李某开口向事件中的被撞者李女士道歉，而各大网站上，“大妈讹老外”的新闻也早已被删除。事件看似正静静平息，但我们依然要问，老外撞人的事实怎么就在各种途径的传播下，变成了“大妈讹人”？杨锋，北京某报社的记者，昨天上午九点多，他就看到了这条“大妈讹老外”新闻的最初版本。
杨锋：
大妈在经过一个骑车小伙时突然摔倒，小伙儿去扶起大妈，大妈不愿意，要求小伙负责。当时我们就怀疑事情应该没有那么简单，我们就想搞清楚到底撞没撞，到底讹没讹。
杨锋看到的这一版新闻源头，正是图文最初的发布者李某，这时的李某只是偶然目睹了这一事件。那么，他看到的现场究竟是怎样的呢？
李某：
到现场第一时间我看见的是这个阿姨躺在地上，这个小伙子去扶，这是我看见的。
记者：
但当时您为什么就断定她是在讹这个小伙儿呢？
这个讹说的有点夸张了吧，说讹诈不是我的本意，可能就是一个日常化的语言吧。
而在被撞者李女士前往医院检查后，李某又发布了一则新的文字，在这一版本中，李女士突然摔倒的表述变成了“遭到轻微碰擦”，似乎客观了许多，但文字的题目却是“外国帅哥北京扶摔倒大娘惨被讹诈急哭”。
你前后发了两版文字说明是吧？
最开始的时候，有一个时间差，后来确定了，就补上去了。
我看您报道写的是“外国帅哥被急哭”，这是您在现场看到的吗？
李：
这个先不说了吧。我个人觉得他是在眼眶中打转，人急了，难免的，这个也不是说痛哭流涕什么的。
但无论前后哪版，图文最初的发布者李某的表述都难言客观，而这也引发了媒体在昨天纷纷跟进此事。
然后我们就去采访，去现场找到目击者，然后非常巧又找到了大妈，又找了那个老外，又找到了那个拍照的，最后三方说法出来之后，发现事情根本不像网上说的那样，目击者说大妈从头至尾没有在现场争执的过程中提过“我要赔偿”这样的字眼，大妈说的最多的是我要报警，我要保护现场。
昨天杨锋曾联系李某对他的图文报道的客观性表达质疑，但当时的李某表达的仍是这样一种情绪。
他坚持认为他没有问题，他当时发这个图是为了鞭笞一下大妈的这种丑恶，想传达一下正义。
李某道歉了，道歉是对的，应该整个这个社会都是欢迎，但是道歉似乎显得不够诚恳，而且还在不停的辩解，认为是网站，包括别人在误解他的意思。但是我不知道到今天此时此刻，李某会不会有一种深深的反省，今后你再遇到这种情况的时候会怎么做呢？而且李某不仅仅是李某本人，也包括我们每一个人。在整个链条当中，我们似乎看到了一种着急，发布者提前去设定某种感受，然后着急的发布，然后我们每一个人着急的相信，接下来马上就着急的愤怒，然后着急的去骂。然后一变天之后，不再是大妈，变成外国小伙儿有问题，我们又着急的赶紧骂小孩儿。中国人此时此刻怎么这么着急呢？我们很多真相之所以消失，恐怕也与这种着急紧密相关。当然，我们每个人也应该反省自己。不过在这个事情整个过程当中，像一面镜子照出了当下的中国，也照出了当下中国的我们每一个人。请教一位专家，他怎么去看。北京大学张颐武教授。张教授您好。
张颐武：
您好。
这件事情你一定在关注，从您的心目当中，您觉得这面镜子照到了我们什么？
张颐武 北京大学教授：
我觉得咱们的评论都是在事实之前，大家都是不论是李某还是我们的媒体，还是我们的公众，我们的微博里边自媒体都是这样，就是评论到了事实之前，在没有弄清楚事实之前，大家都有先入之见，先入之见是经过了最近一段时间媒体一直在渲染的“碰瓷”，大妈诬陷好人或者拉住了好人，这样的情况变成了非常普泛的话语，在社会上广泛的弥漫。其实这个情况，如果是两个人在这个情况下发生争执，一般是两种情况都存在，在事实上也是两种情况都存在，一个是碰了，想赖，一个是说没碰，热心助人，但是这边想讹人。这两种情况其实在社会上都存在，但是另一种情况就是，撞了人想赖这种情况往往在道德上并不是冲击力像讹人那么强烈，所以我们往往对这个关注度没有那么大，反而是最强烈的，变成社会里非常焦虑的现象，大家都拼命的抨击这个事，最后引出来乌龙的案子，大家最后发现把自己晾在这些。
张教授，您觉得这样的事情，而且一夜之间发生了大逆转，会让我们改变吗？会当下的中国我们自己每个人的内心变得更好一点吗？
我想首先最关键的是我们现在先别着急，需要一个对事实的认定，就是事实究竟是怎么回事。我们在抨击，在表达自己的义愤，表达自己道德高度的前面先了解事实，这是最重要的，无论是主流的媒体还是我们的自媒体，还是我们一般的公众，我觉得这个是最重要的，事实情况一旦清晰了，其实这个问题就解决了，这次权威部门后来迅速认定，“平安北京”的微博也发表了关于这个问题的认定，这样以后，这个情况又发生了大的逆转，现在我是觉得我们首先一点就是先弄清事实。第二点，实际上弄清事实就需要有一定的时间，在发布之前要留有余地，即使是非常着急要发布消息，一定要把这个事情，既然没有弄清楚，就要把这个事实先弄清楚。我现在觉得很多这方面就是缺少对事实充分的认定和了解，产生了很大的道德上的义愤，道德上的判断。现在需要的，大家需要对事实进一步认清了解，这是最核心的问题。
是否我们每一个人好像与此事无关，我们只是愤怒者和旁观者，但是也要有所反省呢？
对，我们在发表议论之前，应该对事实缓半步做判断，做自己的道德上的判断之前，先缓半步，这是非常重要的，时间上有一点点延后，使得事实逐渐清晰化以后，我们再做进一步的思考、分析，这个比较重要。同时，我们在救人之前，我现在觉得也需要有一个让大家互相之间，在碰撞诬陷以后，大家对事实有一个充分的认证，这是社会需要有的基础关键的问题。
非常感谢张教授给我们带来的解读。的确，今天这样的事情在提醒我们，很多事情真不能那么着急，不要着急愤怒，甚至有的时候也不要着急感动，等到真正的事实呈现在我们面前的时候，再去释放相关的情绪、义愤，包括评论，其实对这个社会保持一种更加让我们愉悦的环境，可能更有好处。当然，说到这里的时候，我还想强调我喜欢这条新闻，其实我非常不喜欢这条新闻，但是发生了这种变化之后，开始喜欢它，喜欢它什么呢？它会提醒我们今后不那么着急立即产生反应，比如说一个调查就证明了这个结局，您再看到碰瓷或者讹诈新闻第一反应是什么，认为是真的43.01%，认为是假的5.71%，不好说，需要再看看调查结果已经达到了51.28%，这就是这条新闻在大逆转事实的同时，也在提醒我们每一个人应该反省一下自己。
好了，说到这儿，最后针对这个事情还有几句话，其实不管是这位被撞的大姐，还是整个社会，包括我们每一个人，得理之后也可以适当的饶人，不能得理不饶人。当然，大姐不会，我说的这种得理要饶人是有前提的，该赔偿的必须赔偿，没有驾照法律应该给予惩处，但是再去拔高，给予很多吐沫或者社会的口水，我们该把自己变成当代的“义和团”了。其实这个小伙子，外国的小伙子他也应该去反省，但是不应该被过度，因为他是一个外国人，就上升到了“八国联军一份子”这样的概念，有这样的留言。其实开放的中国需要心平气和的面对男人、女人、外国人、中国人、大人、小孩，平等就是一种进步。
接下来我们要关注同样的一件事情，在香港发生的，也是利用很多香港人对内地人的猜测和不解，甚至说是怀疑，甚至有一点愤怒，于是出现了这样一条怪怪的新闻。
“大妈讹老外”仅用一天就经历了大反转，今天媒体的关注和反思还在继续，而在香港，类似的反思似乎也在进行，因为在前些天香港也上演了另一出反转剧。照片里这个活泼可爱的孩子叫凯情，只有半岁大，就在上个月23日，她的母亲报警称，她在前一天推着婴儿车带女儿外出散步时，遇上一男一女问路，其中一名40多岁，穿黑衣、蓝色牛仔裤、说广东话乡音的内地女子向她问路，而就在她热心的指完路后，却发现婴儿车里的凯情不见了。一时间香港婴儿偷窃案迅速引发大家的关注，香港警方不但出动了大批警力开展调查，还根据凯情母亲的陈述，发布了针对内地中年妇女的通缉令，并且香港海关也在口岸加强了警惕防范，除此之外，就在事发当晚，还有热心港人在网上建立找回孩子的群组，至少有5.5万人参与其中。由于母亲报警声称是内地妇女所为，一些香港的媒体也将报道的方向指向了内地，称内地偷孩子的团伙已经杀到香港了。一些香港网友也从对婴儿丢失的关注转移到对内地人的指责上。虽然香港保安局局长黎栋国曾表示，过去十年共有七宗涉嫌拐婴案，都不涉及内地人，此案涉及内地婴儿拐卖团伙的可能性极微，但他的说法仍无法消除一些父母的疑虑。
市民：
会担心，我之后会多注意看孩子，他去哪里我都会跟着。
比较担心，所以要两个人带她出来，一个人不敢带。
然而就在事件发酵了九天后，香港警方通过缜密侦查，终于发现了小凯情的下落，但她已经不在人世，而凶手正是她的母亲。12月2日，小凯情的母亲承认，在上个月17日早上睡醒后就发现小凯情猝死，怀疑是被被子盖过头而窒息送命，随后她将女儿尸体藏于小提琴琴盒，并当垃圾丢弃。由于难以向亲人交待，才虚构了孩子被内地人盗走的谎言。真相大白，耸人听闻的香港婴儿被所谓内地拐子党拐卖事件纯属子虚乌有。随着案件的告破，这位母亲已被警方拘捕，而香港新报在昨天却发出这样的报道，“内地人无辜被冤枉，港人多番含沙射影，在未查明真相前，就胡乱指责内地客，冷血恐怖的港人，应该给内地人道歉。”
为什么把这两件事情放在我们这一期《新闻1+1》里说呢？它背后的社会心理是完全一致的，它都是利用了人们的相信，然后去制造了一种其实是反向的新闻，前者利用的是人们都觉得大妈一定是在讹老外，因为这样的事简直太多了。于是，今天我们才知道真相，原来不是这样，是这个外国小伙子骑摩托的确撞到了她。而发生在香港这件事情也同样是如此，这个母亲先想好了只要说是内地人，一定香港的媒体，包括很多人都去相信，果真事实如此，直到真相出来，内地人整体，包括我在内，我们每一个人在内被怀疑的危机才解除。最后结束，还是用针对北京的这件事的新华社的新华网事上说的，“不知道你的名字，要向东北口音的女士说声对不起，你从受伤者变成了“碰瓷”者，受委屈了。微博年代记者和网友都是把关人，需要提供真相，理性思考，网络时代没有人是一座孤岛，不能骂娘，一拥而上认错事不关己，我们都欠她一声对不起。”就像香港媒体说的，也欠内地人一声对不起。当然，李某，包括我们每一个人也应该仔细的去思考，今后再遇到这种事情的时候，我们该怎么样呢？我们是不是也是头一天骂大妈，第二天骂老外，然后接着骂媒体？反省自己是进步的开始。
