雾霾原因：北方污染物南移，本地污染物增多

市民生活：口罩和空气净化器销售火爆

据上海市卫生部门介绍，由于持续雾霾天气，上海市患呼吸道疾病的人数比平时增加了三成左右。复旦附属中山医院表示，近几天呼吸道病患有所增多，很多病人检查的原因均和空气质量有关。

各地紧急应对，学校停课或停止户外活动
