凌月明，男，汉族，江苏吴县人，1962年10月生，硕士研究生，工程师，1983年8月参加工作，1988年8月加入中国共产党。2008年1月起任重庆市副市长，2013年4月起兼任两江新区党工委书记、管委会主任，2013年7月任重庆市委常委，卸任重庆市副市长一职。
