12月3日，苏州市郊区一村民家中，拆迁人员与房主范木根发生流血冲突事件。
官方的通报中指出，案发时，苏州某拆迁安置有限公司负责人柳某等使用伸缩棍对范某及其妻子顾某、儿子范某某等实施殴打。与此同时，范某掏出身藏的尖刀刺中胡某胸口，胡某倒地。紧接着范某又追上柳某连刺两刀。胡某送至医院己经死亡，柳某经抢救无效死亡。
5日上午，当记者辗转来到苏州城西的潇湘路西侧、吕梁山路南侧范时，这里是一片空旷之地。独自竖立在路边一栋普通的农村两层住宅，就是范木根的房子。
记者到达时，附近很多的村民正站在范木根的房子前。看到后院羊圈，还养了十几头山羊。大家都从范木根院前的菜地里拔了许多的菜去喂羊。
2003年前后，严山村开始动迁，范木根家周边的村民均达成拆迁协议，已经陆续搬走，而今这里只剩下范家一栋房屋。因为赔偿款问题没有谈妥，范家迟迟没有搬迁。
村民们告诉记者，范木根今年65岁，身高超过一米七，平头。他曾当过兵，后退伍回家务农。因为自家房子拆迁的事，从2004年起，他就开始上访，今年还进京上访两次。
指着马路上一滩血迹，村民说那是3日案发时留下的。
2013年12月3日10时许，某拆迁安置有限公司工作人员陆某、卞某等5人来到范某家，欲商谈房屋拆迁事宜。范木根及其妻子顾某拒绝与他们商谈，双方隔门窗进行争吵。
村民说，其间，范木根手持尖刀称，“你们不要碰我，我要拼命的”。
随后，卞某即电话联系公司负责人柳某。同时，范木根也电话联系其儿子范某某要求带人来将其接走。范某某遂带亲属8人赶至现场，范木根一方欲离开时，遭到卞某等人的阻挠、拦截，双方在路边发生争执、拉扯。
此时，公司负责人柳某带胡某、吴某身藏伸缩棍赶至现场，对范木根儿子用力推操，致使事态迅速激化，双方发生扭打。村民们说，悲剧就这样发生了。
12月4日，范木根因涉嫌故意伤害罪被依法刑事拘留；另一方除死者柳某、胡某外的6人因涉嫌寻衅滋事罪被依法刑事拘留。
苏州虎丘公安分局表示，有关案件侦查的进展情况将及时向社会公布。(完)
