　　李立国表示，对于存在的这些问题，民政部门会同有关部门不断地进行调查研究，不断地加强指导规范工作，也适时制定了一些选举规程和选举操作的规范性办法，通过实体性的规范和程序性的规范，促进村委会的民主选举工作更加合法，更加公开，更加体现村民的意志。
