Accompanying officials told reporters that the United States, Vice President Joe Biden expressed the US side in the talks on the Chinese side grave concern at the designated sea air defense identification zone. China's comment on this?
Answer: as you can see in the Xinhua report, China's leaders with Vice President Biden on Sino-US relations and other major issues of common concern in a frank and in-depth exchange of views. The most important consensus reached between the two sides is, the two sides should strengthen dialogue, exchanges and cooperation, efforts to promote the construction of new relations between China and America.
Air Defense identification zones in the East China Sea issue, during the talks, the Chinese side reaffirms its position of principle, stressing that China in line with international law and practice, the US side should take an objective and fair attitude to be respected.
