　　今年9月24日，云南省大关县法院对大关县机构编制委员会原办公室主任郭玉驰将4岁幼女掳至家中实施强奸一案作出一审判决，判处郭玉驰有期徒刑5年，不承担民事赔偿责任。判决结果经检察机关提出抗诉之后，被上级法院发回重审。

　　12月3日上午，大关县人民法院再次开庭审理，量刑成为两个多小时庭审的焦点。
