日前，在渤海溢油索赔案中，贾方义和郭乘希因担任渔民索赔维权公益律师受到关注。此次起诉张艺谋，也有人质疑其炒作意图，亦可能因该诉讼在国内缺乏先例而不了了之。对此，郭律师对记者回应称，希望以此举唤起全社会对张艺谋超生事件的重视，而不是一罚了之。这10亿元人民币侵占补偿费和公益赔偿金，可用于为失学儿童设立助学基金。
