东莞善募康是韩国三光集团(Samkwang Science & Technology Co.,Ltd)在中国的分公司。CLW在报告称,东莞善募康违反了中国劳动法,歧视男性、孕妇、少数民族和39岁以上求职者。CLW称,这份报告基于对东莞善募康手机工厂的秘密调查。

安插调查员

调查苹果供应商

CLW在其网站上还称,已对三星在中国的8家工厂,以及苹果公司的供应商进行了调查。

苹果公司代工厂商富士康今年10月曾承认,烟台工厂存在实习生加班和上夜班等违反公司相关规定的情况,但加班、上夜班均为实习生自愿为之,并非公司强迫。
